Zeolite is an alchemical combining of the four elements: earth, water, air and fire. Its honeycomb framework of cavities and channels act like cages, working at the cellular level. Molecules are able to “trap” a variety of ions and compounds, including those of toxins, thus isolating them from the biochemistry of the rest of the organism. Think of it as a sort of dance club bouncer that captures free radicals, carcinogens, compounds, viral particles, and tosses them out. Although many other healthy-inducing compounds do move into the Zeolite, they are not trapped the way the toxins are. Rather, they undergo simple buffering and are released back into the body. Toxins, however, are able to be completely excreted.

Zeolite has the additional characteristic of being one of the few negatively charged minerals in nature. Toxins are always positively charged. Because of this electrical discrepancy, Zeolite is able to act as a magnet, drawing toxins to it, capturing the toxins in its cage. Because the channels within the Zeolite are interconnected, they allow for easy movement of the resident ions and molecules into and out of the structure.

Detoxification

We live in a sea of toxins. Nearly every person in the United States has at least 125 toxic chemicals in their blood. Recent studies have found rocket fuel in 100% of breast milk samples taken from women across 18 states. A 2004 study identified 287 industrial chemicals in babies’ umbilical-cord blood, including 180 known to cause cancer and 217 that are toxic to the brain and nervous system.

Zeolite is a powerful detoxifier. It acts in a chelation-like effect to remove heavy metals, pesticides, herbicides, and other toxins from the system. Interestingly, it does this in a hierarchical manner. The heavy metals -- lead, mercury, cadmium, and arsenic, all of which are strongly correlated with various neurological disorders such as autism, Alzheimer's disease, and dementia -- are eliminated first. Then, the Zeolite works on eliminating pesticides, herbicides, and plastics. It is the precise structure of the Zeolite that gives its detoxification power. Inside of the “cages” are positive ions. The positive ions of the Zeolite switch places with the positive ions of the heavy metals, pesticides, or herbicides, and the cage structure of the Zeolite binds them. Its binding power was demonstrated at the Chernobyl disaster, where Zeolite was used to remove radioactive cesium and strontium-90 before it reached water systems. Anti-Oxidant

Zeolite also acts as a unique anti-oxidant. In small amounts, oxygen free radicals help to clean the cells. But, as production of these cells increases, they begin to attack and destroy cells. Eventually they will oxidize DNA itself, and cause aging, organ dysfunction and cancer. As free radicals travel through the blood, they make it difficult for cells to repair themselves, and set the stage for stroke and cardiovascular diseases. Oxygen free radicals also free iron: free iron has been associated with Alzheimer’s, dementia and Parkinson’s. Traditional anti-oxidants (vitamins A, C, E and selenium) work by acting as either an electron donor or receptor, thus stabilizing the free radicals, and preventing further damage from them. Zeolite, however, actually traps the radicals in its complex cage-like structures. It inactivates them and eliminates them from the system.

Alkalizer

Zeolite acts as what we would call a local buffer. Wherever it is, it buffers the system toward slight alkalinity -- pH 7.35 to 7.45. This gives the optimum pH for the human body.

Anti-Viral

Zeolite serves as a broad-spectrum anti-viral. It blocks virus production. Viruses produce everything in parts, in a production line, and at the end, they put it all together. Zeolite absorbs the viral parts into the pores of the micronized Zeolite aggregates. Research shows it to be effective for herpes virus 1, cosachie virus B-5, ecco-virus 7, and adeno virus 5. The effect as an anti-viral, however, is not immediate, but happens only following successful elimination of the heavy metals, pesticides, and herbicides (usually after about 6 weeks on the product).

When the Zeolite moves inside the cell, the P21 gene is activated. P21 acts as a tumor suppressor through its ability to control cell cycle progression. The activation of P21 appears to halt the growth of tumors by directly suppressing growth signals.

Zeolite also binds with nitrosamines in the digestive tract, serving as a protection from the cancer-causing effects of processed meat preservatives.

In a preliminary 14 month study of liquid purified Zeolite: 65 level four, terminal-stage cancer patients had been sent home to die; 51 of the patients (78%) experienced complete remissions. Because the Zeolite specifically targets cancer cells, there are no side effects. Zeolite is patented as an anti-cancer agent, and, has been shown to have, in vitro, 100% kill rate within 72 hours against epithelial cell cancers. 85% of all cancers are epithelial. Epithelial cells are skin tissues that cover and line the body. They cover all the body's organs (throat, lung, heart, breast, prostate, kidneys, liver, ovaries and colon) and line the body's cavities (including the inside of the chest and abdominal cavity).

Digestive Disorders

Ammonia is produced naturally in the digestive tract. But, excess ammonia, derived from faulty eating habits, and poor digestion, is recognized as a cell intoxicant. A reduction in the amount of ammonia leads to better nutrient utilization. Zeolite has a high affinity for ammonia ions. It has been used successfully in the treatment of diarrhea, and is a component in the antidiarrheal drug Enterex. As well, the contact of Zeolite with intestinal mucosa creates a healthier digestive tract with beneficial microflora and microfauna.

GRAS Safe

Liquid purified Zeolite is considered by the FDA to be completely safe. It is listed on the GRAS list (Generally Recognized As Safe). There are no side effects. The only caution on Zeolite is dehydration if not enough water is drunk with the product. Imagine sand flowing through a water hose, and then suddenly the water stops. What happens to the sand? It gets stuck in the hose. Full hydration is crucial for anyone choosing to take this product. It is contraindicated in individuals taking medications with heavy metals in them, such as lithium or platinum.

Dosage

The general treatment for everyone is 10 drops three times a day, with or without meals. For serious health conditions, 15 drops 3-4 times per day is recommended. Zeolite remains active in the body for a period of six hours, and then needs to be replenished.

Once you have taken 10 drops three times per day for 4 to 6 weeks, then you can drop down to 3-5 drops three times a day on an ongoing basis.
