Menstrual cycle normalized by colonics
My doctors blamed my 3-week long periods on the fibroids in my uterus. The first time they operated, they removed 3 fibroids, one so dense that the sonogram didn’t spy the 3 other fibroids hiding behind it, which a 2nd operation removed. The one fibroid left in in the lining can’t be removed by such a simple procedure… for that one they will have to go in through my belly. And yet, after two operations and 6 fewer fibroids – I was still getting hugely heavy periods for 3 long weeks each month, a situation that lasted for over a year. Needless to say I was getting pretty anemic and my sex life was taking quite a hit. Then I started seeing Gaia. Heaven on earth
I walked in the door and felt like I was in another world far far away from the noise and hassle of New York City. I knew immediately this was going to be a very special experience. I had signed up for one of the day packages and what a day it was – heaven on earth. It all started with this very nice elderly man who reminded me of my father. He was very reassuring and made me feel right at home. After all, I was about to have my very first colonic. The colonic made me feel like a new person, although not as pleasurable as the massage I had afterwards, it was not unpleasurable. But the most exquisite experience of my visit was the float. I’m planning on repeating the whole day next month.

At long last, I found THE day spa that will be mine forever! Not only did I have a colonic with a professional named Cher – who proves to be the most talented there is – but I have now introduced my very conventional, conservative boyfriend to this therapy…and he’s made it his own. (Thank you, Cher! ). I also tried the oxygen/ozone bath to deal with the wound on my foot that would never close and heal… and following that treatment, and then an “accusage” with a pro named, Jenn, well, it’s finally healed! (I’m back in my Manolos!). Thank you for all of your steep knowledge and expertise and a great “day at the spa”, LaCasa!

A gem; like a diamond in the rough without the rough
La Casa Day Spa is a gem. It is like a diamond in the rough but without the rough. The waiting room is spacious, light and airy and looks like a tropical garden. I sipped my tea pleasantly – which was offered and served by a nice, balding man named Gregg who seems to own, or manage the spa. I was picked up by my therapist and escorted to my treatment room – and there the real delight began. I had come for a massage and a colonic: the pain first (not really); then the pleasure. The colonic was – believe it or not – totally relaxing. My therapist – whose name was Cher – had a non-stop running massage on my calves and my abdomen as she was gently encouraging (through various gentle manipulations) my bowels to release themselves. It was absolutely sanitary – and when it was over, I got up feeling lighter and my back that had been aching for 3 days felt infinitely freer and less achy. The massage was soothing and deep – and somehow the therapist knew when to do which. I’m a convert. More colonics; more massages for me. La Casa is my new home.

Really really special place – even for adolescents
Although I am only 14, I take my facials and spa treatments very seriously. I love La Casa – for so many reasons. My mom’s been going there for years – and kept hounding me about going. so – one day – I did. The people there were really friendly and make me feel right at home; I did not feel intimidated by the space – I found it warm and inviting (unlike so many other spas that are modern and cold); the therapists gave me a great massage and facial. But – here is the thing. when I was there last, one of the colon therapists started talking to me about my face – which had broken out in a few zits (actually since I started going to yoga). I didn’t completely believe what the colon therapist told me – but I decided to trust her anyway. she told me that a series of colonics, combined with facials, would totally change the way my face looked. and she was so right. by the 3rd colonic, I started seeing my old fresh face – no more blemishes. I started looking 12 again (just joking). everyone who wants a great face should come to La Casa.

Colonic and floating – dream on for the best day of your life!!!
I came to La Casa because of back pain. A friend had said that having a colonic would help. Several people I know told me that La Casa Day Spa was the best place in town to have a colonic. In fact, the colonic was wonderful. The therapist was kind and gentle — a real “soul”. But I gave myself an additional unexpected treat. I also floated. Floating was sublime, totally the best thing I had done for myself in a long time. The water was clean – having just been filtered and UV lighted. I was buoyant in what I was told was 800 pounds of Epsom salts – which they explained was highly detoxifying – as well as keeping me afloat. I actually fell asleep (I think) for a few minutes. I solved most of the world’s problems because of the “SUPRA-CONSCIOUS state that I fell into – where everything became clear. Seriously, I felt terrific at the end of my 2 hour visit there – like a whole new day had opened up for me. Can’t wait for my next visit.

Enlightened and extraordinarily knowledgeable on all aspects of health (including diet and supplements) she integrates massage to help you get the most from your session. She is truly a healer. Hello NYer’s. I don’t go to La Casa for the spa treatments so I can’t comment on the over-all spa experience but if you’re looking for a top-notch colonic therapist then you’re in luck. Years ago a friend of mine got his first-ever colonic from Sharon Stone and later that day had such an amazing experience of well-being that he told me I had to go see her. I did and have been visiting Sharon for periodic treatments ever since. If you’ve never had a colonic but have been thinking about it, or if you’re not happy with your current practitioner, I would encourage you to book a time with Sharon. I can’t recommend her highly enough. Her competence, gentleness, professionalism, and warm presence are a winning combination. And if you’re nervous, like many people on their first visit, she’ll put you right at ease, walk you through the process as it unfolds, and educate you about colonic health as well. So, don’t be scared to give this a try. Sharon’s a pro and has a long list of steady clients to prove it. You’ll be in very good hands.

Intensive colonic; transformative experience
I have endured many uncomfortable colonic sessions during my recent healing from an illness and have personally witnessed the powerful connection between a strong/healthy/vital body and a clean colon.
During my recent visit for an intensive colonic at La Casa Day Spa, NYC, the once challenging treatment experience had been completely transformed. My wonderful therapist Cher wrapped some sort of coil around my belly and amazingly the pulsation started doing all the work. It was as if I turned a faucet on and all just drained fluidly without the usual and associated discomfort. I can’t ever imagine getting a standard colonic again and have shared my experience with all those that I care about. I recommend this therapy protocol to anybody serious about their health and well being.

MAGNETIC PULSE THERAPY
Desperate to walk again
This is how the story goes: After limping for about a week because my foot just started hurting me out of nowhere and doctors recommendation to put ice and give it a rest, my coworker recommended me to try out pulse-magnetic therapy at LaCasa Day Spa. Tell you honestly I was a bit skeptical but I was desperate to walk normal again so I decided to give it a try.
After Dr. Jane applied some wires to my foot and heel for 20 minutes, she asked me to test my foot after that. I was amazed to see that I could step on my foot without any problems. I could walk normally again!
I will definitely come back for few more therapies to make sure the pain will not come back!

38 years old but like I was 70
I first would like to say, I was very skeptical when I had an opportunity to use this machine. I believe in a lot of natural remedies, but this one was beyond my scope of belief. I had cancer 2 years ago and my hands began to hurt like I had arthritis and was 70 years old, but I was only 38. It was testicular cancer and I used ozone therapy as follow up treatments instead of the radiation they offered me at Vanderbilt Univ. After 2 cat scans it was determined the cancer was gone, but the hands still had a lot of pain in them. I had tried different things, but nothing had ever completely gotten rid of the pain.
One day a friend let me try this machine out on a friend of mine who has MS like symptoms, but not MS. When she started using natural medicine she wasn’t able to walk or could barely talk. She also used ozone therapy and enzymes and now using hyperbaric oxygen. She was very sore from the hyperbarics so we thought maybe the PEMF machine would relieve some pain. It did reduce her pain after the first treatment. What I later discovered is why I’m writing this testimony. One day a couple weeks later I realized I was doing a lot of things with my hands that I had not been doing. The pain I had in my hands was gone. So far, about a month later, I still have no pain in my hands. I can only assume because I was holding the cables on the magnetic pulse machine, it did something to my hands. Hopefully the pain will stay gone, but for now, I’m a believer in the magnetic pulse machine.

In the past two weeks I’ve experienced treatments with the Magnetic Pulse machine and it has been HEAVENLY. After having nerve pain in my hip , pain in my back ,and a complicated twisting pattern in my body from a fall , I discovered the deep and immediate release of the MPT. The countless hours of “working” to free myself with ball rolling, yoga traction were so simply addressed , so deeply in this treatment.
As a yoga teacher practicing yoga therapeutics I continue to do my traction work to release and realign, but the deep release in the tissue from the MPT was something I had not been able to access with such directness and efficiency.

Best miracle I’ve ever seen
For the last 5 years, I have had serious joint problems. Working out at the gym was making me physically sick. I would feel a constant discomfort in my joints as well as sudden sharp pains whenever I was doing certain movements. My muscles would feel tight, stiff and would hurt. I attributed all that to a Lyme vaccine I got around 5 years ago. Shortly after, the physical agony started. It affected my knees, my hips, my elbows and fingers. I was frustrated and felt beat down because sport was always an important part of my life. I couldn’t exercise the way I used to anymore. It all changed after the first pulsed magnetic treatment. The results were absolutely DRAMATIC. After the first treatment I went to the gym and I was able to stay on the elliptic cardio machine for 45 minutes instead of the 20 minutes I could barely master before. The morning after was absolutely amazing! I had no stiffness in my joints or muscles like I used to have. The change was so overwhelming that I called Jane immediately afterwards and asked for a second treatment! I wanted more of the good stuff!!! At this point I’ve had around 5 treatments and I have regained my health to about 95%.
Another absolutely miraculous experience I had with the pulsed magnetic machine concerns my menstrual migraines. Usually they are severe to a degree that I am unable to move or stand. Often they induce vomiting. Sugar, tea, coffee, and meat make the headache worse. A couple of days ago, it was that time of the month again. I felt the beginning of a slight headache. I went immediately to Jane to have a magnetic session done. I did 15 minutes at different sides of my head. After around half an hour after the headache was gone. The same afternoon I ate a handful of chocolates, drank a cup of coffee and had a liver pate’ as dinner – still no trace of the migraine. It was absolutely incredible. That sort of diet would have sent me vomiting my guts out at any other period. This time I stayed absolutely clear. I have to admit I understand only vaguely the science behind the magnetic machine. No more pain after 20 years of pain
I want to thank the staff for the wonderful services provided at La Casa Day Spa. Gregg, and Jane, and the rest of the staff made my visit thoroughly enjoyable. Most importantly, I want you to know that the Magnetic Pulse Therapy I received at La Casa for my lower back pain was fantastic. I’ve suffered from chronic lower back pain for most of my adult life, and the pain is annoying at best, and debilitating at worst. It is amazing that you have a painless way of treatment this kind of pain. I am happy to report that my back pain was completely gone after one 20 minute treatment (that alone is near-miraculous) and now, two months later, I am still relatively pain-free. It still comes back on occasion, but not at all like how it was before. I will certainly make an appointment for another treatment.

I have a 3 month old baby, and I have been carrying her around with my palm. After a few weeks, I started to feel pain in my wrist. At some point, the pain accelerated and I started to lose movement in my thumb. In fact, the movement was so bad, if felt as if the thumb had lost its fluency; i.e. when I tried to move it from right to left it “jumped” and didn’t move smoothly.
The MPT machine was like magic. After around 15 minutes with the machine, the thumb movement completely recovered and I had a significant relief in pain. I’m so happy I decided to use the machine and I definitely recommend using it.

Nurturance and relaxation- and at a great value
I love this place! I feel I am shedding off a layer of the city as the door closes behind me, and I walk into a room with water and tropical plants and soothing music. The staff and therapists seem to radiate the same sense of calm. Even before I begin the amazing vibrational frequency massage, I have felt my healing begin. The most relaxing time of my life
My fiancé and I decided to take a romantic evening just the two of us. We stumbled on the La Casa website and saw their couples spa package. I decided to take a chance. That was the best decision I made, well besides proposing to my girlfriend. They gave you a massage side by side, with aroma therapy surrounded by candles, than we had a long time in the sauna. The staff was wonderful; the owner was courteous and recommended all the right things. No pushy sales tactics. I recommended the spa to all my friends, and all of them had the same thing to say as I did. 5 stars!!!!!

A transporting experience
You can get a massage anywhere, but this place is like being massaged and pampered in a tropical paradise. Once the door closes behind you will have left 20th street and proceeded directly to a private Caribbean vacation. The staff is helpful and friendly but the name of the game here is ambiance. It’s the best.

The whole body vibration and magnetic massage at LaCasa has truly been a “transporting” experience- a transportation out of pain and back to vibrant living. I have not found better or more lasting relief for back pain in the city. The relaxation is intensified by the extremely pleasant staff and surroundings. It is hard to believe you are in the middle of Manhattan- it all seems to slip away when you walk in the door. I can’t wait to go back!

An exquisite experience
I first went to La Casa in 1995. Today’s visit left me in complete balance and harmony. The float put me in a deep meditative state. Olivia’s massage was unlike any other, using gentle touches to adjust both mind and body. I recommend La Casa’s more traditional massage treatments as well. My only complaint is that shampoo in the eyes tends to sting–be cautious! I see no reason to try any other spa in New York City.

Ready, set, go and you don’t want to stop; it’s that good an experience. It’s everything they say it is and more. After my colonic I felt lighter and my back felt better than it had in years. Then I had an massage. I was so blissfully relaxed that she could have performed a lobotomy on me. I’m planning to make both colonic and massage part of my stay-well regimen.

Best place in NY for de-tox
I signed on for the Day of De-tox, not knowing exactly what to expect. I walked in, and felt instantly, indeed, as their brochure promises: “transported”. I was a bit early, and relaxed, sipping peppermint tea amidst a wealth of plants in an interior, beautiful tropical garden. The deep tissue massage was great. My intestines have never felt cleaner, and the colon therapist was knowledgeable and put me right at ease. But the floatation was exquisite. I felt embraced by the warm water, totally supported in every way. Can’t wait for my next visit.

Made my trip to NY worth the airfare
I am a southern country girl from the back roads of New Orleans Louisiana. NY was a bit overwhelming to me at first – until I found La Casa. It was like coming home. the staff was so friendly, I thought they were family. the ambiance looked like my back yard – filled with plants and trees. I had signed up for a massage – and it was exquisite – but while I was there, they were running a special – I could get another treatment with a $25 savings if I got it that same day. I opted for the super-enriched oxygen steam bath. Although it wasn’t exactly fun – because I was sitting for a half hour in a steam cabinet, they assured me that it was a powerful de-tox treatment. While I was having the therapy, I watched a CD about it – and learned a lot about the beneficial effects of the activated oxygen that was being pumped into the steam cabinet – and thus into my body. I learned that this is a frequently used form of therapy in Germany – as well as a lot of other countries. I felt cleansed like never before – from inside to out. My skin – everywhere on my body – smelled fresh and looked terrific. I ended my visit by buying a face gel that they make at the spa – it takes 3 weeks to infuse the gel (a combination of coconut, olive and macadamia oils) with the activated oxygen – and then they add over 20 essential oils to it. It had an amazing scent; it felt amazing on my face. I am going to make a visit to La Casa part of my life now. It’s a great part of my new life in the Big Apple (as opposed to the Big Easy).

Miracle cure for earache
I woke up at 4 a.m. with serious discomfort in my ear. Actually, it was more like serious itching. I had never had an ear infection or any ear problem in my life so what could this be? Thoughts of trying to find a doctor and paying outrageous bills were racing through my mind. I don’t have insurance. It’s a double edged sword because it is a major hindrance when I really need a doctor, but on the other hand it keeps me away from them! I googled my symptoms and realized it was swimmer’s ear…funny I barely swim. The cause is bacteria and fungi. Of course everything online says to treat swimmer’s ear with antibiotics. I ran across just a few homeopathic remedies one of which called for drops of equal parts rubbing alcohol and acetic acid (plain vinegar). But first I asked Jane if I could have an ozone treatment. She informed me that ozone kills germs-perfect for nasty ear bacteria. I did a 15 minute treatment and immediately I felt much better. The itchiness was gone. It did come back, but not for another ten hours or so and never as intense as the night before. The next day I did the homeopathic drops twice and the third day another 15 minutes of ozone to get rid of any last bacteria. My ear is back to normal, no itching and when I press on it no tenderness. I don’t know if the ozone alone was responsible for my recovery but it did provide instant relief. The ozone combined with the drops was 100% effective. No hassle, no antibiotics, no doctor’s fees…..just cheap, fast and easy!

ENERGY HEALING
It’s a dog’s world
OK – I’m a dog. I’m Jane’s dog. I know I can’t really write about my experience – so I am “channeling” it through Jane (if you can believe that sort of stuff). So – it was a fine sunny Saturday, and we were immensely enjoying our stroll around the Union Square farmer’s market. Suddenly, my whole world changed. I went from being planted solidly on terra firma to being in another dog’s mouth. She was one nasty bitch-dog – very large, very furry, and very mean. She shook me like I was a rag doll, and poor Jane was screaming and jumping around, trying to free me. The whole episode took about 3 minutes, but of course, from my perspective, it felt like an eternity. Finally, I was released, and back safely in the loving arms of my mistress. But – not without pain and suffering. We rushed to the vet – and I will tell you I was down for the count. My whole throat was slashed wide open – and my surgery was very extensive. That first day, after I got back home from the good doc, I basically didn’t move. Jane was in shock, and frankly of not much value to me. She did hold me tightly – never letting go. I was beginning to think that she would never let me go for the rest of my life. But finally, she seemed to get her wit’s about her, and she thought to take out what she calls her miracle device – the Cem Tech. She gave me a treatment, and I will tell you, it really was a miracle device. Bye bye migraines
After an emotional roller coaster of dealing with all of life’s heavy tasks, stresses, and feats, I constantly suffer from migraines and headaches on a daily basis. On a good day, I even tend to have a slight headache. I am accustomed to popping at least two Tylenol a day to “cure” my painful headaches, however, I’m well aware that my liver is working way too hard to metabolize the Tylenol, and eventually the Tylenol’s long term usage will cause damage to my liver. To be in pain short-term or long term? That is the question. I’ve always needed a short nap to recover from my migraine, but who honestly has time for a nap nowadays, especially in New York City where time is money.
I was a Premed student at the University of Texas, however, the thought of pursuing medicine was daunting to me since I’m not a huge believer in pharmaceutical drugs. Pink eye vanished
It was night and I got pink eye, it was horrible, within a few hours my eye got red like blood and very very swollen. It was uncomfortable and painful, I couldn’t sleep. The following day I got the Cem Tech and started treating my eye, within 6 hours I was out of pain and the following day the swollen went down. My eye was still red and uncomfortable, I kept with the treatment and by the third day my eye was back to itself. I kept on with the treatment for two more days just to be certain that it’s all gone. Phenomenal experience
Today I had an phenomenal experience at La Casa Spa in New York with Dr. Goldberg. I scheduled an appointment for the Magnetic Pulse Therapy and I feel wonderful!. I believe the technologies that she is offering at La Casa Spa surpass conventional therapies, deliver rapid results on a cellular level and allow for profound changes to take place.
I experienced physical shock and trauma at a very early age and have spent several years in physical therapy to remove the imprint from cellular memory. As the tissue is deeply scarred in many ares of my system, it is challenging to get down to the root and release the anchors that are holding it in place.
To being with, she handed me a paddle like device called Onnetsu which sent far infra red deep into the tissues. While I could hold it is some areas without any discomfort at all, in the areas where I had old injuries, breaks, tears, sprains etc. I could only hold it for a few seconds. My conscious awareness was flooded with a full range of temperature sensations from luke warm to intense heat with just a shifting of this paddle over the surface of my skin.
One area in particular I experienced a 20% reduction in the size and overall area of a bony cyst. The change took place in less than 20 minutes of rubbing the device over the top and lifting it off, repeating and holding it for as long as possible with each pass. The shape of my hand has changed and I have greater flexibility in it already.
Next I experienced the magnetic pulse portion of the visit. It felt like I was sitting on a pulsing drum. Later she wrapped what looked like a long extention cord around my hips and turned up the pulse meter to the point where my system became overtaxed. Turning down the impulse brought a sense of calm and greater balance overall. I also noticed a greater range of motion at the end of this process.
What happened next was amazing! In her infinite wisdom, Dr. Goldberg brought out a little hand held device called Cem Tech and told me to hold the two discs in any area that I felt would benefit from some extra attention. I placed one disc at the base of my spine and the other on a very tight thigh muscle. In less than a minute, the muscles that previously had reached their threshold with the magnetic pulse therapy, dropped their long held defensive holding pattern, softened and within 5 minutes my entire belly region relaxed.
Within the next five minutes thrill bumps ran up and down my spine and spread out across my back. My heart and the muscles in my chest wall relaxed. I felt an old familiar ”fearful feeling” suddenly leave my belly and a shift took place throughout my system. In place of the fearful feelings came a rush of warmth and joy.
Then she brought out a headband with crystals for me to experience. . More sensations of warmth and calmness spread from head to toe. More open feelings of joy in the body and peace in the mind.
Normally being in a busy place like the city is overwhelming to me and I tend to avoid crowded areas. Today I was able to cope with ease when I walked through the chaos of the city streets back to Grand Central. I was present in a more relaxed body, able to take in far more information without feeling overloaded.
The Cem Tech portion of the experience lasted 10 minutes and accrding to Dr. Goldberg that was just a “sample” of what this hand held device can do. I am really looking forward to my next session of Magnetic Pulse Therapy, Onnetsu followed up by an even larger sample of the Cem Tech at La Casa!

Good Morning! There is more to report to you today!I wore the matrix pieces last night. I cut one up and posted the information with instuctions to my cells to tune in. I felt like there was a mild energy field forming around my body where ever the pieces were. This was a new sensation and experience for me since my senses have been blocked in the past and as they open up I am in awe of what is around me and very curious to explore more. What took place behind the matrix piece that I placed on my forehead went beyond words. What is in it?
My right hand is taking on a more aligned position to the wrist.
Some of the musculator surrounding my hip joints has let down its guard. I feel the combination of the magnetic pulse brought them out into the open, pushed them to their limits and the Cem Tech let them know that they were a great bunch of cells and that it was time for them to be promoted to another position.
There are currently a sore bunch of cells who were not thrilled at being exposed. I am coaxing them with lots of water. Some of them were dis-charged out of my leg last night in one big jolt. I felt them all lining up in parallel around the knee where I ran the paddle. There is currently a trickle down effect taking place. I can see why having the device is a good thing! Place two discs whote side down and all cells calm down and take their place or leave quietly.
My eyes feel more open and receptive and my friend noticed immediately when I met up with her this morning. “You look really calm. What new thing did you do and where did you do it? Your eyes and your whole face look dreamy and softer.”

La Casa Day Spa shouldn’t even be called a day spa. It is so much more. It is a true healing center with true healing therapies. I went in unable to even walk without limping – I couldn’t bend my leg at my knee at all. I met the owner – Jane Goldberg – and she told me – with absolute conviction – no doubt at all in her voice – that she could help me – and that she could help me quickly. She put me on 2 machines that seemed very Star-Trekish - she said one was a Russian device (called the Cem Tech) –and explained how far ahead of us the Russians are in doing energetic medicine. The other machine was bigger and apparently used magnetic energy (called the pulsed magnetic machine). After both treatments she made me walk around – and voila – no pain, I was walking bending my knee. Truly – nothing short of miraculous. She sent me out with a little disc that she told me to wear – and then told me to come back the next day to get it revitalized. I did all of the above – and – I have to say – I have never had an experience like this before. A painful inflammation in my knee – gone in a poff. The treatments took altogether 30 minutes. I am god as new. Really - I don’t understand it – but La Casa Day Spa is my new home. Also – the ambiance is quite wonderful. You do not know you are in NYC while you’re there. The sounds, scents, plants, furniture – all designed to give you a feeling of being in a tropical garden – and you do. Best healing experience I have had since I moved to NY from Israel.

No more menstrual cramps; a miracle
I have suffered terribly from menstrual cramps since I first got my period. I had terrible cramps, and bled profusely. But mostly, it was the pain that was so unendurable. My mom had to routinely call school and tell them that I couldn’t do gym, or that I would be late, or that I would not be there at all. The magic sticker
I call it the “magic sticker.” I put the matrix on her chest when my two-year old started to cough and was coming down with a cold. The next morning, she was totally fine – all symptoms gone. Another time, she had a discharge from her eye. I cut a small piece and put it near her eye for the night. I did the same thing for my two-week old infant – who also had a discharge from her eye. With both children, by morning time, their eyes were completely clear, and both children went back to their usual exuberant selves.
