We work very hard to make your time at La Casa enjoyable. After all, La Casa means home and we want you to feel welcome and at ease at our spa and wellness center. Should you find that you need something or have a unique request, we are happy to try and accommodate your needs.

All spa patrons have available for their use a locker room for changing as well as New York City’s only Salt Sauna. We are happy to accommodate clients in our sauna as a prelude to our spa packages. Please request usage of the sauna upon booking your appointment. You can do this when you schedule your appointment.


Please check-in with spa receptionist at least 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Unfortunately, given that we schedule specialists to be on-site for appointments, we cannot extend your services should you arrive late. You’re welcome to request this at the time of arrival, but generally speaking, we regret that late arrivals will not be able to receive extended time.

To avoid a cancellation fee, kindly give 24 hours notice by calling 212-673-2272 and alert one of our associates about the change in your plans. We will happily offer you alternative times for your desired spa or wellness services.


The La Casa Spa & Wellness Referral Program makes it easy for you to share your appreciation for La Casa with your friends and family, and get rewarded at the same time.

For every person you refer and becomes a La Casa Spa client, a credit will be applied to your account.* The referred client must purchase a treatment before the credit is applied.

* Credit applied depends on services rendered; $20 for HOCATT treatment, $10 for Colonic, $5 for all other treatments.
