Our Giddy-Up-and-Go workshop is designed for those who wish to engage in play, learn, or seek healing—whether physically, emotionally, mentally, or spiritually. By allowing nature and horses to be your guides, the experience will become transformative.

 

You will meet your horse and gently pet its nose before mounting and embarking on a trek downhill through the rainforest. Accompanying you will be equestrian expert Amy. As you pass through hanging edible fruit, accompanied by the melodic sounds of birdsong, take a moment to appreciate the spectacular views of El Yunque and El Toro peaks. At the base of the mountain, you'll find refreshing pools filled with pristine, spring-fed water—the Espiritu Santo River, recognized as one of the cleanest rivers in the Western Hemisphere. 

 

More exciting adventures await on other days, including visits to majestic waterfalls, serene ocean waters, a boat ride down the river, and an evening kayak excursion in the Bioluminescent Bay, where the sparkling, glowing water will astonish and delight you.
